EVERVISION ELECTRONICS LTD., founded in 1998, is a specialized LCD and LCM manufacturer offering customized TN, HTN, IBN, FSC, STN, FSTN, DFSTN and ASTN technology.
We supply extensive semi and full custom monochrome and passive colour LC modules with COB, COF, COG and TAB technology.
Furthermore, EVERVISION cooperates with tier one TFT panel manufacturers and integrates this technology to provide an interesting range of standard TFT modules and enlarges the service range by customized modifications. The TFT portfolio covers sizes from 3.5" to 10.2".
Two factories in mainland China with about 1600 employees are standing for flexible production capacities and processes, to fulfil the needs and quantities of professional applications in industrial countries.

Custom Design LCD and LCM
The market for monochrome LCD and LCM in industrial countries still is showing a significant demand despite the growing market for colour displays. Since company foundation customized LCD and LCM business has been a core competence of EVERVISION which two production sites in mainland China.
We can offer full design service from the first sketch to the final LC product. The technologies can be offered are TN, HTN, IBN, FSC, STN, FSTN, DSTN and ASTN to fulfil industrial requirements.
In most case the MOQ is 1kpcs per lot for LCM to follow even the demands for small and mid range volume applications.
Field Sequential Colour (FSC) technology allows to realize cost effective colour segment / icon displays, basing on standard TN technology. Key feature is the RGB backlight, which is sequentially controlled by the LCD controller. A typical RGB frame takes 1/60 second and by using fast switching liquid crystal, a segment / icon can be switched on exactly during the period of only one colour. The active segment / icon blocks either one, two or even all three fundamental colours. That means, that the active segment removes fundamental colours from white screen so that the human eye notices either complementary colours, fundamental colours or black colour.
The advantages of FSC Technology are:
- no expensive colour filter needed
- LCD glass is cost effective TN COG technology
- 4/8 bit micro controller can be used
- SPI serial interface or 4/8 Bit parallel interface
- LCD controller includes 1 x 320 x 3 DDRAM (display data RAM),
therefore no high end microcontroller is needed
